Scope and Contents Collection contains offical list of degrees conferred by Oklahoma State University. This list is prepared by the Registrar’s Office at the end of each term. It indicates who received what degree and in which department the degree was granted. The list is arranged by the ‘major code’ assigned to each department; within that code it is alphabetical by last name of the graduates. The list has a limited distribution and is printed on standard 8 ½” x 11" white paper.

Scope and Contents Collection contains programs for OAMC/OSU graduation exercises held annually in the spring, initially in June and later in May. Programs for summer commencement exercises began in 1922 and continued regularly from 1926 through 1980. Mid-year December commencement programs were issued from 1949 through 1951 and in 1954. Scope and Contents Collection contains flyers, pamphlets, forms, CD’s, and other material dealing with credit transfer guides, applications for admission and housing, career choice guides, course listings, credit transfer guides, and rules and regulations from Oklahoma State University's Office of the Registrar.
